The flight was excellent. My son, who by the way has never been in a chopper before, thoroughly enjoyed the experience and said it was excellent. All staff from the ground crew, particularly the Australian who picked us up at Pier 39 - you have to do something about his accent, he's lost it - just kidding, to the pilot who was informative and ensured that his passengers were at all times OK, everyone was at all times courteous and informative. The flying under and back over the Golden Gate Bridge was something to experience, which we will not forget. Well done and as we say in Australia "Good on ya mate"

My mother and I were to be picked up at the San Francisco airport and taken to our hotel. The directions to the pickup location were detailed and exact, the agent took care of us very promptly, and the driver got us and the other passengers to our hotels in a safe and timely manner. Pickup back to the airport a few days later was even easier as we just walked out our door, got into the van, and were delivered to the correct door of the airport.

Tour was great. Muir Woods was a nice start to the day and was fantastic. The winery tastings were excellent and we enjoyed the small wineries and the friendly hospitality during tastings. The stop at Hawk Hill on way way back at sunset topped off an incredible day. Mitch the tour guide was a HOOT. We had a great time and would go on it again!!!

Muir Woods is amazing. for the Wine Portion, I would of preferred three different types of vineyards versus the two small ones. I was delighted that our Tour Guide did ask for any suggestions and we voiced up for Cline, which was awesome.

First winery visited gave us a 15-20 minute guide on grapes, wines, wine making and tasting. Very informative and funny. We learned a lot which made our visit to other wineries more enjoyable. Redwoods were awesome....could have spent a whole day there and not seen it all....so serene and peaceful!
